Phi Mu, University of Missouri:  Developed, financed, constructed, leased and sold to the House Corporation.


Sigma Phi Epsilon, University of Missouri:  Competitively bid and renovated and constructed a 18,000 sf house. We perform maintenance and limited property management services as required.


Alpha Epsilon Pi, University of Missouri:  Multiple capital improvement projects over a 13 year partnership. We perform maintenance and limited property management services as required.


Pi Kappa Phi, University of Missouri:  Maintainence as required.


Sigma Phi Epsilon, University of Central Missouri:  As the owner worked w/ Cunningham Associates Architects to develop, design, construct and manage a 12,000 sf house.
